Please note that tickets are non-refundable. If you have purchased a full-price ticket, you may transfer it to another individual by notifying us in advance of any change in ticket holder. Waivers: All attendees must complete and submit a waiver prior to the event. For safety, entry to the pool area is restricted to those who have submitted a completed waiver. Wet Weather Policy: In the event of wet weather, the event will be rescheduled. You will receive a discount code as a credit, which can be applied to the rescheduled date or any future event within 12 months of the initial issued ticket. Alternatively, you can transfer the ticket into another name.
