Please note that tickets are non-refundable. If you have purchased a full-price ticket, you may transfer it to another individual by notifying us in advance of any change in ticket holder. Additionally, all attendees must complete and submit a waiver prior to the event. For safety, entry to the pool area is restricted to those who have submitted a completed waiver. Wet Weather: In the case of wet weather, we will reschedule the event to a nearby date and notify attendees. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, you can choose between a 110% credit to be used on any Aqua Sculpt classes, events, activewear or swimwear products, or you may choose a refund. If rain has occurred earlier in the day but conditions have dried out by event time, we will proceed as scheduled. However, due to potential dampness, Lounger Ticket holders may need to be reallocated to a Poolside Mat. Thank you for your understanding as we work to create the best possible experience, rain or shine!
