Sydney Signature Floating Pilates Public Experience
Service Description
Aqua Sculpt Floating Pilates is our signature 45 minute full body workout incorporating strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation through Mat Pilates exercises and balance challenges. This experience is suitable for all levels. We will challenge your core and you will get playful with our balance teasers before concluding with some relaxation. All levels of fitness welcome with modifications provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Our Aqua Sculpt classes are non-refundable, however you are allowed to reschedule outside of 24 hours of the class start time. To reschedule your class to another date, please login to your account to reschedule. If you have not yet set up an account, please do so to enable the option to reschedule your class. If you can no longer attend a class on another date, you can transfer your class to another name for a friend or loved one. Waivers: All attendees must complete and submit a waiver prior to their class. For safety, entry to the pool area is restricted to those who have submitted a completed waiver. Late Policy: Please arrive on time to attend your Aqua Sculpt introduction and safety briefing. This briefing is essential for your safety and the smooth flow of the class. New Participants: If you arrive after the introduction and safety briefing and the class has started, you will not be permitted to join the class. Returning Participants (No Introduction Required): If you have attended a class before and do not require an introduction and safety briefing, you may join the class at the instructor's discretion but only if you are able to set up your own board independently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all participants. Please plan to arrive on time so you can fully enjoy your Aqua Sculpt experience!
