Service Description

Location: Sydney Uni Sport & Aquatic, Darlington (next to Redfern). NSW 2008 Aqua Sculpt Pilates is a 45 minute Pilates Fusion full body workout incorporating strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. This class is ideal for your first Aqua Sculpt class, is suitable for all levels and will give you a full taster our of signature Pilates class. We will challenge your core, you will experience our signature "Sculpt Wave" and you will get playful with our balance teasers before concluding the class with some relaxation. Class Level: All levels of fitness welcome. Modifications provided for all levels. Pregnancy: Unfortunately our classes are not suited to pregnancy
