1. Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that participating in a Pilates class involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury, muscle strain, or other physical harm. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to safely join the class.

2. Assumption of Liability I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Pilates class and the picnic activities. I understand that the event may take place at a beach, and if I choose to swim or engage in other activities, I do so at my own risk.

3. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless Hirschfeld Holdings trading as Aqua Sculpt, its organisers, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from: Participation in the Pilates class or picnic activities. Actions or decisions I make during or after the event, including swimming or other activities not organised or supervised by Aqua Sculpt. Any incidents occurring after the official event time has concluded.

4. Alcohol Consumption I understand that Prosecco or other alcoholic beverages may be served at the picnic. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and acknowledge that Aqua Sculpt is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents arising from alcohol consumption during or after the event.

5. Media Release. I consent to photographs or videos taken during the event being used for promotional purposes by Aqua Sculpt. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will inform the organisers in advance.
